Das Bürger*innenasyl Barnim beteiligt sich bei der kritischen Einführungs Woche und am Tag der offenen Tür der HNEE (Hochschule für nachhaltige Entwicklung Eberswalde). Die kritische Einführungswoch wird vom RADAR – Referat für AntiDiskriminierung und AntiRassismus – des AStA an der HNEE organsiiert und der Tag der offenen Tür von der HNEE.
Am Freitag, 10.06.22 läd das Bürger*innenasyl Barnim zu einen Workshop in der Thinkfarm (Eisenbahnstraße 92/93) zum Thema: „Staatlicher Rassismus am Beispiel der ‚Duldung light‘ „ von 17:00-19:00 Uhr ein.
Die „Duldung für Personen mit ungeklärter Identität“, auch „Duldung light“ genannt, ist ein besonders schlechter Aufenthaltsstatus, der im Rahmen des „Hau ab-Gesetzes“ 2019 geschaffen wurde. Im Workshop stellen wir die Auswirkungen auf die Betroffenen vor und versuchen herauszuarbeiten, wie der strukturelle Rassismus bei den Behörden funktioniert. Im Anschluss ist bei Getränken und Snacks Zeit für Austausch und Raum für Fragen zum Bürger*innenasyl Barnim.
Am Samstag, 11.06.22 wird das Büger*innenasyl Barnim einen Info-Stand auf dem Waldcampus (Alfred-Möller-Straße 1) von 9:30-14:00 betreuen. Wer möchte kann sich zum Anti-Abschiebekampf und zum Bürger*innenasyl Barnim informieren und mit Aktiven vom Bürger*innenasyl ins Gespräch kommen. Wer beim Reden Hunger bekommt kann auf Spendenbasis einen (veganen) Kuchen bekommen. Außerdem kann der Wut über das rassistische Asylsystem Platz gemacht werden, denn es wird Dosenwerfen mit Begriffen mit Bezug zum Asylsystem geben.

The „Duldung for persons with unclear identity“, also called „Duldung light“, is a particularly bad residence status, which was created in the context of the „Hau ab-Gesetz“ 2019. In the workshop, we will present the effects on those affected and try to to work out how structural racism works in the authorities. Afterwards, with drinks and snacks, there will be time for exchange and space for questions about the Bürgerinnenasyl Barnim.
On Saturday, 11.06.22 the Bügerinnenasyl Barnim will be in charge of an information booth from 9:30am to 2am on the woodland campus (Alfred-Möller-Straße 1). Whoever wants to can get information about the anti-deportation fight and about the Bürgerinnenasyl Barnim and talk to activists of the Bürger*innenasyl. Who gets hungry while talking can get a (vegan) cake on a donation basis. In addition, the anger about the racist asylum system can be made room, because there will be can-throwing with terms related to the asylum system.
